My wife has been at Brookdale Jones Maltsberger for three years. She has friends, activities, interests and a much higher level of care than I could provide at home. The management team is hands on, professional, accessible and responsive to my questions and concerns. The staff treats my wife with respect and patience. While Brookdale is a smaller facility, it is part of a national corporation. It has the people and resources available to it to deal with problems like the corona virus. It is big enough to provide professional care and small enough to be like family.

Brookdale Maltsberger was the absolute perfect place for my mother. We were facing the very difficult decision of where she should go after it became clear that she could no longer live alone. Shillon Boone came up with an innovative solution for us, and we moved her in. In the approximately six months that my mother was there, we found the facility to be very clean, and the staff to be very friendly and caring. We never had a problem. I most highly recommend Brookdale Maltsberger.

It is very difficult to make the decision to place a loved one in a home outside of family home. My Mother is SO much happier & healthier & more interactive than she has been in many years now that she is at Brookdale Maltzberger. I am a hospital Pediatric transplant critical care nurse who owns a medical business as well. I interviewed most locations in the city before I chose this lovely place. Jessica Ray, Director came in on her day off to play games with the residents & gave m a tour of the place that day. I saw her warm, caring heart & her amazing, professional management skills as a director, & I knew I had found Mom’s happy place! Over a year later I can happily report with great relief that I made the VERY BEST decision for my Mother!! Everything about Brookdale Maltberger is perfectly wonderful for the Mother who gave me life & now depends on me!
