Franklin Park Sonterra

We have been very pleased with Franklin Park since our father moved into this community. Staff and residents are very friendly and we are impressed with how this community operates. Olivia was especially great to work with as she helped us get the lease and all the paperwork in place. She toured us around and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this community

So my three stars is based on the up keep of the facility particularly the grounds there is no pride taken or much care. The inside needs to be upgraded, but they say they don’t have the budget. They are always short staffed things tend to break a lot AC, plumbing etc. The staff I give 5 stars to, most of them are friendly and helpful. This place could be so much better.

A very kind and supportive team - a big transition for my dad and he’s had a great first month! He feels very well taken care of and he loves the food.

To Owner: I am responding to email below from Owner to Laurie Neff. I believe Laurie's review was related solely to medication handling. I believe Laurie's email is regarding In-House Pharmacy is based on info FP provided which includes many references to Carvajal Pharmacy. I am sure as Owner that you are aware that one print out Titled "Skilled Providers for In-House Oversight" actually shows the Community Pharmacy to be Carvajal. If you would like to meet and discuss this and other issues we are open to meet. A meeting could be beneficial to all. Thanks.
