Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents shine through in everything she does. She took the time to get to know our family personally, answered every question with patience and clarity, and went above and beyond to make sure our loved one felt at home from day one. It’s clear that the staff here treat residents like family. The medical care is top-notch, the dining options are fantastic, and there’s always something meaningful happening whether it’s music, exercise classes, or social gatherings. Choosing a senior living community is never easy, but thanks to Lauren and the entire team, we have complete peace of mind knowing our loved one is in the best hands possible. The staff at Franklin Park Alamo Heights Assisted Living have truly gone above and beyond in caring for my mom. She recently had surgery for an ongoing issue, and we were concerned about the level of support she might need—especially going into the weekend after a Friday procedure. Jackie, the Assisted Living Director, and her team were incredibly proactive. They made sure Home Health was already coordinated and ready before the surgery, and there was thoughtful follow-up by the care team throughout the weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of preparation and care gave our family such peace of mind. We’re so grateful for Jackie and her team—not just for this recent experience, but for the ongoing compassion and attention they show to my mom every day. They are a blessing to our family.

From the first time seeing the facility from the outside, you’d think it couldn’t get much better, then you meet the staff. Tiffany and Lauren showed me around and it was quick to see the staff are truly invested in caring for everyone in there. Residents would greet us kindly and there seemed to be a buzz of activity all through out. Keep up the great work, you can feel the positive culture!

From birthday dinners to chair volleyball we have a blast here at Franklin park Alamo Heights! Our residents enjoy their lunch bunch outings, our monthly book clubs, weekly bean bag baseball, holiday parties, weekly bingo, watching movies in the theater, weekly Mexican train dominoes, weekly bridge games and so much more. I love what I do and most of all I enjoy seeing our residents happy :) We are a great community 💕
