Belmont Village San Jose

Belmont Village has been such a wonderful place for my Mom. The staff is always caring and responsive. I don't know how, but it feels like everyone knows my Mom's name and responds with warmth. My Mom really likes the food. The program for memory care with the circle of friends make sure that seniors are getting a lot of socialization.When I have needed help for pickups, the staff has always gone out of their way to help. I had a really negative view of Elder homes from my community service in high school and experiences with my Mother-in-law and had some real fears about what it would look like for my Mom. Thankfully, my sister found Belmont Village and I have never had to feel bad. From the management to the staff, everyone seems committed to make Belmont Villages a warm and welcoming place. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that we found it.

Just wanted to say that Belmont Village has been the best decision our family has made for Mom! She is in such a caring environment- everyone has gone above and beyond to make her welcome and at home! The team is genuinely a team- all working together to keep mom safe and happy! They are super responsive to any questions we’ve had! Just can’t say enough about how thrilled we are with our decision!

Belmont Village San Jose provides first class living for those needing any level of assisted living. The staff and management go above and beyond to provide a world class experience. They are very interested in feedback to improve the experience in any way they can. A couple of outstanding qualities that separate this facility from others are the food and the activities. Food is crafted by a chef and meals are prepared fresh after ordering from the menu so the quality is outstanding and custom made per requests. No cafeteria food here. Activities are planned for the entire day in circle of friends. This gets me out of my room all day which I especially like. Frequent field trips to local attractions are also well planned, safe and very enjoyable. I especially liked the San Jose Giants baseball trip. I recommend Belmont Village to anyone. I love living here!

My loved one has lived at Belmont Village San Jose, for almost 10 years now. They have received increasing degrees of care through the years, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the staff, and the seamless transition in care. It really feels like a family at Belmont Village, and no one falls through the cracks. Everyone I’ve encountered is both professional and caring. I want to live there, when I am of a certain age!

My mother spent the last 2 1/2 months of her life at Belmont in the Memory Care Unit. Belmont is a great facility and the staff are amazing. (I don’t know where they get all their energy because the Memory Care Unit has VERY dependent individuals in it.) The staff took care of my mother in an excellent manner and they coordinated well with the Hospice Care agency that visited my mother. I can’t stress enough what a wonderful experience we had with Belmont during very trying times. Highly recommended!
