The Wentworth at Willow Creek

As a hospice nurse, I go to many assisted living facilities. The Wentworth of Willowcreek is amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff take great care of their residents. They truly care about everyone’s welfare and providing high quality care. Susan, the Director of Nursing, is very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring and Sara, one of the Medtechs, regularly goes above and beyond to provide great care. The rest of the staff is amazing too. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Our mother lived there for two years. The nursing staff and especially the maintenance man is lovely. But management and ownership is constantly changing. Please do your due diligence and be aware that management, directors and owners are never long there and corporate is difficult to deal with, we were in the process of moving our mother out when she passed. Families looking for homes for their loved ones should have full disclosure.

From the first introduction, The Wentworth at Willow Creek was exceptional. I was very nervous about needing to make these life changing decisions. I met with Heather Kincaid from The Wentworth. She really listened to my needs, and she provided me with a lot of information about the meals, grounds, apartments, amenities, etc. THANK YOU for your professionalism, friendship, and excellent service. Now that I have been well informed, I know that The Wentworth will be a community where no one is a stranger. Management has already shown their sincere concern for me. I know I will feel safe and secure and will always be treated with dignity and respect.

For 8 years the Wentworth at Willow Creek was my mother's home. The people who worked there were like family to her. I always felt that they knew my Mom and cared about her. She was always well taken care of. The rooms are nice and give a feeling of home. The meals are good and they have lots of activities and opportunities for social interaction. They have LDS services on Sunday and on Wednesday. My Mom always felt like this was her branch. The brothers and sisters who were called to serve in the branch were very special. When my Mom passed, we held the service at the Wentworth under the direction of her branch leadership. It was a very loving memorial. Thank you to everyone at the Wentworth. You will be blessed for your service.

When it was time to look for an assisted living community for my mom I toured several. The minute I walked into the Wentworth at Willow Creek I knew this was the place for my mom. Tim was so willing to help and very comforting when difficult questions came up. My mom has been here close to one year and I have never once regretted choosing this facility. The staff is outstanding and wiling to help in anyway. I can't compliment them enough! Special shout out to Parker, Cori, Sonya, Susan, Mason, Sara and so many more! THANK YOU ALL! What a Fabulous place for my mom
