Watercrest is taking great care of my Mom. Angels, coordinating for all her needs. We are blessed to have each one of you working with her while she’s there. Thanks for being so flexible and gentle with her.. she’s quite a character. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I love the Watercrest family. They work so hard endlessly each & every day to ensure that the residents needs are met. I have witnessed this for over a year now. They are all so caring & helpful. They really care about each & every resident. I love seeing the hugs & love given to the residents as they smile from ear to ear then throw up their arms for a hug just like a big family. It’s such a beautiful blessing. The Amazing Director over Memory Care is just wonderful. She walks in & everyone in the room lights up smiling and holding out their arms for a hug. She really loves & cherishes the residents or as she would say, her family. The nurses & aides work constantly to ensure that the residents have the best care ever. I love the Watercrest family. They really make you feel like family. Watercrest is a very beautiful place that just makes you feel proud to be there.

My grandma has been at Watercrest for over a year now, and every time we visit, she’s happy and loving life. The management team is always around, welcoming everyone and staying involved, which really means a lot. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s so well cared for, and we’re so grateful for the amazing staff!

Our family is so happy to have my Mom living at Watercrest Senior Living-SRB! The staff is so helpful and responsive to my mom’s every need! The peace of mind we have knowing she has care 24/7 is priceless! The facility and apartments are beautiful and well maintained! Watercrest is a beautiful facility with caring and respectful staff, beautiful appointed apartments, daily activities, and evening entertainment during happy hour. My mother was at Watercrest for over a year and a half until her recent passing. She loved were she lived and really enjoyed interacting with her fellow seniors. During her final days the staff were so compassionate and caring to my mother and they were genuinely upset when she passed. Kim the Executive Director, was so resourceful and helped us navigate through all the different challenges that we faced during her illness. I would highly recommend Watercrest in Santa Rosa Beach to others for their loved ones.
