The Vineyard at Fountaingrove

I have heard of so many new and exciting activities being scheduled for the residents at this facility. Hannah, the new activities coordinator is doing great work to make sure they all feel comfortable, excited for new things every day and most importantly that they feel safe and at home.

I would like to recognize Christina Cruz, Marketing Director. She has been exceptional to work with. She is responsive, friendly, and focuses on community and what is best for the resident and their families. She not only helped us with choosing the apartment for my mom, she helped us find movers, and has continued to be helpful 9 months later. She is well liked by the residents, friendly, and truly loves her job. She is a blessing to this facility.

I cannot thank Christina, Joe, Kimi and the rest of the Vineyard at Fountaingrove team enough for their outstanding care and guidance during my Aunt's transition into her new home at the Vineyard. My Aunt's transition was particularly complicated because it involved a cross country move that needed to be completed in a week's time period. The team addressed every challenge with my Aunt and me. Together we successfully navigated this difficult transition smoothly. Prior to her move, my Aunt lived in her own home. I had hoped to be able to support her living there the remainder of her life. Events occurred that made it clear that was not going to be possible and I was honestly afraid that memory care would not support her well. I was afraid that she would decline quickly should she move into memory care. I am pleased to share that I was wrong and she is thriving. When the right memory care home is found good things happen. The Vineyard at Fountaingrove embodies that environment. My Aunt is happy in her new home. She sings and laughs a lot. I am particularly grateful for the caring community of other residents and caregivers with whom she lives. I am also grateful for the Vineyard's value towards supporting and maintaining the independence of their residents. It is readily apparent how dedicated the Vineyard team is to their jobs, as well as how much they truly care about the residents. I look forward to my Aunt living there for many good years to come.

Placing loved ones into a memory care facility can be a very difficult process. My experience with The Vineyard at Fountaingrove, specifically with Christina, has made this so much easier for all of us. She has been so wonderful, kind and patient with our entire family and provided us with multiple tours of the facility. We feel comfortable and happy with our decision and know that our loved ones will be well cared for. The location is a plus too. Thank you, Christina and the staff at The Vineyard. Looking forward to our upcoming move in date.

Getting a loved one into Memory Care is incredibly difficult but Christina was with us every step of the way. Every question (and I had many) was answered with compassion and care. For our move in day she had a special meal prepared for us. We are very happy with The Vineyard at Fountaingrove
