America's Care Manor

My mother received the best care from Maria and her staff. The home is bright and airy, always kept clean, and ran efficiently. Maria and her staff provided healthy savory meals, a comfortable and calm home-like atmosphere, and paid constant attention to my mom's health and physical needs in a respectful manner. Maria truly loves people. I'm so happy that my mom came to America's Care Manor. I wish I had brought her here sooner.

My 80 year old mother was previously at Appleton Homes (Myline Olivas‐ owner - terrible) in Simi Valley. At this hell hole she fell out of bed, broke her nose and suffered back fractures due to staff/owner negelience - compliant with Social Services was substantiated! I was eager to get my mother to a new board & care that actually provided quality care & showed compassion to residents & family members. I toured America's Care Manor and was very impressed with Maria's compassion when discussing care, cleaniness of home, quality of food and residents seemed well taken care of. My mom went to this board & care in Feb 2025. She was unable to walk or communicate all her needs. The staff always made sure she was clean, in her wheel chair, dressed and in living room with other residents during the day (not stuck in bed like Appleton Homes). Family & friends who visited always reported back to me they were impressed with the quality of care they witnessed as well ‐ Maria, Angel and Louis showed respect and care to each resident. Maria always reached out to us with any concerns or changes with my mother's health. When I visited my Mom staff was attentative, would give updates on mom and made you feel at ease when you had to leave. Maria was always avaliable to provide updates. Mom my was there for four months until she passed away. I would highly recommend America's Care Manor for a loved one that needs quality care! Maria and her staff are a blessing!

I have known Maria and Cenia Ayala for many years. When I brought my Mother from Florida to California they were the only people I trusted to care for my Mother. They were so incredibly caring kind and knowledgeable. Their home has been newly renovated, from the beautiful kitchen to the safe and comfortable property. It is spotless, warm and inviting. I would highly recommend America’s Care Manor for anyone looking for the best care for their loved one.

You can rest assured your loved one will be taken care of properly. The staff and leadership are caring and passionate about what they do. Everyone is very trustworthy and highly skilled in dealing with any situation. The place is clean and most of all well attended, and good food. You will not be disappointed!
