South Beach Manor

I simply cannot say enough good things about South Beach Mannor! I’ve had many experiences throughout my life of care homes and they have all been so horrible that I dreaded ever possibly having to put my Mom somewhere like that. We finally reached a point in her Alzheimer’s journey that we had to find a place for her and it was so stressful and upsetting. Then one day I just happened to talk to someone who had a parent here and they were telling me how wonderful it was. So we checked it out and thought it was such a wonderful place and felt so blessed to have it right here in South Beach! However, we felt it probably looked better at first appearances than it actually was, but we were so wrong. It is such a beautiful, clean, well kept, well-maintained place. The residence are so very, very well cared for, and the staff is above and beyond the kindest, most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met! They work so hard to make things just right for everyone! My wife has been a resident at South Beach Manor for over 4 years. The management, staff and caregivers have been excellent. They treat the residents professionally and with dignity. The facility is very clean and inviting. It amazes me how many special events and activities are offered. Musical groups are frequently brought in. It doesn’t happen often, but if something goes awry, they move heaven and earth to fix it. It means the world to me to see my wife healthy and happy.

SouthBeach Manor has been a wonderful place for our sweet mama. She was well cared for and loved by the entire staff who are amazing! So many wonderful activities and fun events for the residents! Cori is so caring and supportive, Paulie is kind and loving, all the staff is wonderful! I’m so grateful someone recommended SBM and Mom was happy there. I visited her once it twice a week, and they cared about me too! I tell people what a great experience our family has had and highly recommend them. Our sweet mama is now in heaven and we miss her very much. So grateful for the loving, attentive care they and hospice gave her and our entire family as we gathered around Mom during her last days. We are blessed to have such a special place here locally with outstanding, caring people.

We love south beach manor. A family member has been getting great care and she seems content. The staff always seem positive and easy to approach if you have a question or need. Very clean which is very important for her care.

South Beach Manor Memory Care has a very caring staff. My brother has been there since July of 2024. I visit two or more times most weeks. The facility is very clean. I actually find it very impressive. My brother is the youngest person there. He has a rare very aggressive form of dementia/Alzheimers. This may be TMI, However, his main problem is that he can't remember how to use the toilet. So, he will go anywhere. The staff is so wonderful, they notice him pacing and kindly direct him to a toilet and help him with it. If he has messed up his room with this problem. The staff is right there taking care of the situation. They never seem upset and never make him feel bad about the situation. The staff knows everyones names. The staff says Hi to everyone whenever they pass residents. When we take him out the staff tell him to have a great time. He is always welcomed home upon return. The staff treat him very well. He is as happy as one could be. There are lots of activities that I myself enjoy with my brother like the music and live entertainment that is available weekly. Also available daily is exercise routines, and everyone in attendance are laughing and enjoying the experience. If you are looking for a quality home for your loved one. I highly recommend South Beach Manor Memory Care Facility!
