Terrabella Spartanburg

I live in California but have been having to find an assisted living facility for my Mother who lives near Spartanburg, South Carolina. Terra Bella's director of sales, Blake West, was BEYOND helpful in helping me to investigate locations for my mother while I live so far away. His kindness and patience has made all the difference, given that this has been such a stressful time for myself and family. I can't say enough kind words about how generous he has been with his time. If you have any questions at all, please know that Blake will be there for you every step of the way!

The Waterford at Dillon Point has helped my family in many ways. When my grandmother was there, the staff was so nice and friendly. Every time we visited, it was always clean. Smells clean and looked clean. It was just like her home and very welcoming! Thank you to the staff for helping us through a rough time and making the last bit of time with our grandmother a memorable and enjoyable time.

We can’t say enough good about TerraBella Spartanburg. My father was a resident of another facility for over a year before coming here, so we are able to compare. The staff at TerraBella are top notch. They know how to deal with Alzheimer’s patients, directing and caring for them like family. Even the Hospice staff would brag on the caregivers at TerraBella, saying their work was often already done for them before they arrived. The team at TerraBella truly care about providing excellent care for the elderly, and they deliver! We are so happy to have found them for my father.

They accurately assess the care my mother needed and allow her as much independence as appropriate. My mother has been relaxed and confident in her care at TerraBella. I was losing faith in such a place before moving her into her apartment here. Glad she is receiving good care and I know someone is watching over her.

From the moment I walked in the door the amazing smell of lunch had me drooling. The Executive Director Diana showed me around and could not have been more personable. She hugged each and every resident that we passed and knew all of them by name. The staff were friendly and everything looked very well kept.
