Heritage Gardens of Springville, Utah, LLC

We had my Mother-in-law here for about 8 months before she passed. They treated her like a princess. Everyone was so kind, tender and patient. Rebecca always kept us in the loop of what was happening. They take care of the resident and their family. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Heritage for all you did.

Rebecca, Sarah, Jackie are kind, compassionate, gentle and playful with mom. They talk directly to her offering a simple choice when ever they can. Always good spirited with the confusion that is the characteristic of Alzheimer's. The atmosphere is calm, genuine, loving, happy and reflects professional competence.

My mother's stay at Heritage Gardens was very short but very positive. The facility is clean and smells nice. Rebecca is very concerned with the wellbeing of not only the residents but also her staff. The hospice nurse took me aside and said the nurses cared for my mother well -better than any other place she'd ever seen. Jackie is so kind and loving toward her patients. Heritage Gardens is not fancy. It's a home atmosphere not a cruise ship atmosphere. So, anything you'd expect at a loving home is there with an occasional concert, barbeque or activity. But if you want constant entertainment with non-stop activities, Heritage Gardens isn't for you. I am forever grateful for the care my mother received at Heritage Gardens.

We love Heritage Gardens in Springvile! We have had my mother at several assisted livings over the years and this is by far our favorite! Their staff is genuine and caring and often thank me for sharing my mom with them. The owners are on site and take great pride in their facility. They decorate around the seasons, it’s always spotless and it smells nice. I highly recommend Heritage Gardens.

After a very bad experience at another facility, Rebecca and her team were a breath of fresh air. They customize the care needed for each individual and their family members. They are attentive, take a personal interest in their clients needs and genuinely love what they do. The many personal touches provided are too many to list. If you love your family member, this is the place to go. They treat them like they are family..
