Pine Ridge of Hayes Senior Living

I stayed at the Pines for respite rest for a few months. The management and staff were excellent. The residents were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the menu selections for the meals prepared as well. The atmosphere is just great. Activities, services provided etc. were exceptional. I would recommend this facility for seniors as well as for a temporary respite stay. Great job everyone at the Pines!!

My grandpa has been at this facility for about 4 years now, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is so caring and inviting. They foster a great community for the residents, and provide a wide variety of activities for residents to participate in! Being far away, they also post pictures of my grandpa having a good time and sitting with friends! I love being able to check in on him via social media. So thankful for the care he receives there! 🩵

Spending the last few weeks with my mother in law here at the pines has been great. The food itself better then some restaurants! Chefs kiss to the dietary staff. The activity department always has something fun planned everyday of the week there is rarely a dull moment. Really the entire staff from Administration to maintenance have been wonderful.

MY EXPERIENCE with the place is that management does not see it as an independent living they write a person up if you do not conform to their rules they call you names. They micro manage what people say or if an individual tries to help with their activities. They want people to do what they decide they should do.They make rules up afterwards to cover their asses after they find out the people do other activities that the management doesn't like. People raise their voices and slap their table like most people I know this is not right but we all let out some frustrations in ways we shouldn't that's human nature.

Our mother thrived during her time at Pine Ridge and we believe her experiences made her last years beautiful. I can't say enough about the entire staff and the time they spend with the residents. Mom loved the variety of crafts available to her and the games - bingo, left right center, made her day. And our family has made lasting friendships with the staff and other residents - everyone is now family! Do not hesitate to tour this facility if the need arises for you family, you won't be disappointed.
