The Lakes at Stillwater

We have lived in the Lake Homes since February 2020 and love the location as we are closer to our daughter. We are more relaxed and it is the perfect fit for growing old together and meeting people that are going through similar things. There are a lot of activities to get involved in at the Club House and at The Lodge. The life enrichment programs we have enjoyed are the picnic's, book club, men's group breakfast at the Shoreline restaurant. We are like family here and include everyone. Get involved and make new friends is the best advice we can give to someone planning on coming here. Our maintenance guy Dan is wonderful and nice. We also have enjoyed Wendy and Haley and their commitments to planning our programs here. We would highly recommend living here. "It is home." "We love it here."

Moved my parents into the Lakes at Stillwater about two years ago now- they absolutely love it. Excellent amenities- and the facility is very well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The setting it’s on is park-like- with everything they need very close by. Also a brand new beautiful fire station across the street - which translates into EMS on site within 2 or 3 minutes when called. It was an incredibly good choice for my parents. Thank you to the entire team running this facility!

I have lived here for 5 years and the people are so warm and accommodating. They really care. I started out at the Lake Homes and after my wife joy passed away, I moved to The Lodge. The Lodge offers a wide range of services and activities. My faith is important to me and I attend church services and Bible studies every week. I did get the opportunity to be Santa Claus one Christmas! The food is really good. The best advice when moving to a community like The Lakes is to be prepared to downsize. Dan, the maintenance guy, is there to help you no matter what issue might have been getting settled. I would definitely recommend this community, as it offers you a chance to grow. It is a beautiful setting with a lot of wildlife walking paths. The staff is loving, professional, and enjoyable.

I always have such a wonderful time when visiting The Lakes at Stillwater. From the warm welcome at reception to the office, building, and nursing staff, everyone is always so helpful and kind. I work for Visiting Angels East Metro and we absolutely adore The Lakes at Stillwater, and the amazing community they have for their residents!

From my experience, it has been like living in a small town where you not only have the residents, but you also have the people that help you. The staff and everyone here is very friendly and very kind. It's just a pleasant place to live and enjoy your life.
