Brookdale Trail Ridge

The Director sometimes the follow through is not very transparent. The Night Shift tends to occupy unfortunately without any kind of accountability teens. I’ve walked in with my mother being in distress at night or they went to bed. This is her fault. Does that mean checking on her tell me different things I want to report something they go and tell the director that what’s upset or angry threatening, which was not true, especially after a video record recording, proving the opposite.none responsive to majority of emails. Corporate office doesn’t return calls.

We never thought we would be in this situation with my mother, however, now that we are here, Brookdale has been a blessing. They’ve worked with us to create empowerment for my mom … their memory care has brought my mom to the next level and increased her potential significantly. They compliment her and have created an environment where she can contribute to others and have a purpose.

Shartel, Thank you for all you and your staff do and are doing, My Father looks better now that you are taking care of him. He has graduated from hospice, thanks to you, He walks without a walker now. He eats and has gain all his weight back, plus he is talking more and looks healthier, wow! You’re the best! I appreciate you, and your whole staff. I am grateful for the classy Team you have put TOGETHER. Brookdale is first class all the way. I love walking the grounds outside with my Dad, its so pretty and well kept. Plus, he is in a safe place for his Dementia and my whole family can sleep at night knowing this. My mother has received excellent care at Brookdale Trail Ridge. My concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion and the management is very responsive. The activities are appropriate and varied. The staff is warm, friendly and respectful. I am thankful that my mom is in a great facility!

I'm extremely happy with the care my father is receiving at Brookdale Trail Ridge. The staff is caring, informative and very accommodating. The facility is clean and comfortable. My heart is overfilled with joy any time I see photos of my father on Facebook engaging in various activities. I am comforted each day knowing my father is happy and safe in his new home.
