Brookdale Bellevue

Mom was in Memory Care for 18 months here. She was able to get out on several occasions. When I visited she had no toilet paper and the staff told me they would get some. They did not. Doors to the courtyard were always locked. Mom was left on the flooir crying while staff and residents walked over her.

I cannot say enough positive things about our Brookdale Bellvue experience. After touring 8 other assisted living communities I knew within minutes of meeting Danielle that we had found the right place for my parents. She was so gracious with her time, open and kind. Touring the community I could see the care and compassion that the staff gave to their residents. We moved both of my parents into assisted living. They unfortunately progressed quickly with their dementia and needed more care than assisted living provides. The staff helped us find another Brookdale community that had a companion room for them and was closer to my home. We waited 3 weeks for their room in memory care to open up. In that time the entire staff went above and beyond taking extra care of them while we waited. We are truly grateful to Brookdale Bellvue.

I am so incredibly happy that mom was able to secure a spot here. Danielle Lentz, the sales manager, goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are well cared for and happy upon entry to the facility. Personally, she has made the transition feel so smooth for both my mom (and me) -and I consider her to be top notch in her field! She has empathy and compassion and that is exactly what one needs to be able to feel safe and secure in new surroundings. I can call/text her anytime and she always responds quickly. I appreciate her so much! While I’m giving her a shout out, I find the entire staff to be well trained, highly productive and professional. I recommend Brookdale Bellevue to anyone who is seeking quality care for a loved one.

Brookdale Bellevue was recommended for our mom, 93, after brain surgery back in October 2023 and she stayed there until April 2024 (approximately 6 months). When she moved in, her room was immaculate and remained like that during her entire stay. Everyone connected with this facility, from administrators & office staff, nurses, aides, maintenance, activities directors , food service & transportation staff were so friendly and attentive to mom’s every need on a daily basis. She thoroughly enjoyed the full activities calendar offered every month. I never had a concern for her while there and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

My husband and I have been helping our neighbors and they are both at Bellevue now. One is in memory care and the wife is in assisted living. They are both able to see each other and love their new homes. We are very happy with all that the staff has done for us and continue to do. They go above and beyond helping us. We could not be happier. Thanks for everything to the staff.
