No one answers phones here. Family should be able to reach staff/nurse on duty, anytime. Packages are not delivered to the resident, even during the week business hours. So are you stealing?

The staff here have always gone above and beyond to help get folks assessed and housed as quickly as possible. Very respectful, caring and responsive when there have been questions or concerns. Jen has been a blessing to work with! Love the atmosphere here as it feels warm and welcoming.

I wanted to Thank all the kitchen staff and especially Daryl for a wonderful family dinner last night! Hands down that was the best!!!! We had Ribs, broccoli, baked potatoes and pineapple upside cake!!! I recommend that all family members go and eat with their loved ones on family night!! The staff is the best at involving everyone in entertainment, it was wonderful to see and hear all the residents singing !!! This little place is a hidden gem with a huge heart! Its character and history, along with a skilled team that will go the extra mile for you. I've had the pleasure of working with this caring group, and on top of that, my neighbors have shared that they have a friend staying at Cascade and she is well taken care of and they enjoy visiting this location. You will feel welcomed when you stop by to check it out!
