The staff and patients appear genuinely happy, which speaks volumes about the quality of care and the positive atmosphere. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work, as they are attentive, compassionate, and actively engage residents throughout the day. The variety of activities offered ensures residents stay stimulated and connected, creating a fulfilling daily routine. One standout feature is the 24/7 nurse availability, which is not common in many other facilities. This added level of care provides families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are always in capable hands. Additionally, the facility does not seem to face any staffing shortages, which is refreshing and allows for consistent, high-quality care. I so appreciate Teresa Jackson there at Arden Court. I recently attended an education event there. Teresa had arranged for Dr. Susan Steen, a well respected and renowned neurologist in Tampa, to come speak and educate the public on dementia. Outstanding! This facility is clean with decor that is up to date, appropriate for the season and very inviting. I would not hesitate to have a loved one reside there. The staff and leadership refer to it as “a community “ not a facility.
