Brookdale Tavares treated not just my Aunt & Uncle who were residents there as family, but my family too. They had excellent care and communicated with me during the entire pandemic. Clean, home like, cozy, and the staff is always pitching in to help when needed. The program manager Pennie is a wonder and keeps everyone busy. She literally knows exactly what your family member likes and dislikes. She is considerate when arranging activities for mom. Highly recommended!
I took my recumbent into the Tavares store, asking for advice on upgrading the USS fork to an OSS suspension one. Mark and Jared took the time to research and think through what my options would be for answering the questions "could I?" and "should I?"
