Moving our parents into an assisted living facility was an emotional and significant decision for our family, but thanks to the incredible team at Highgate Senior Living at Temecula, the entire transition was smoother than we could have ever imagined. From the very beginning, Kimberly was so encouraging and helpful. She guided us through every step of the process with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what families go through during this time. Her communication was clear and consistent, and her genuine care made all the difference in helping our parents—and us—feel at ease. Once our parents were settled, it became clear that the facility is not just well-managed but truly a community. Joey, executive director, is remarkable. He is hands-on, visible, and fully engaged with the residents on a daily basis. Whether it's checking in personally, helping with day-to-day needs, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, Joey brings a sense of family and support that is rare to find. We are so grateful to have found a place where our parents are not just safe and well-cared-for, but truly thriving. The entire friendly staff, from the front desk, to the office folks to the amazing meals and servers to the room support teams all learn their names and treat everyone so nicely. My parents have now been at Highgate Senior Living at Temecula for 5 weeks and proud to call it there home. ************************************** UPDATE 10/5/2025 From the beginning, the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful, and the environment is warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kat Librojo, the Activities Director/Life Enhancement Coordinator, who has truly made a remarkable difference in my parents’ daily lives. Kat plans a wide variety of fun, engaging, and meaningful activities that keep residents active and connected. My parents participate daily in many of Kat's programs—from exercise in the gym, balloon games, trivia, and bingo, to flower arranging, chair Pilates, core strength classes, and their favorite: Thursday Happy Hour with live music! Kat is always full of energy and creativity, and whenever I visit, she's there with a smile, often decorating for the next holiday or special event. It’s clear that the joy and engagement my parents feel is directly tied to the caring and dedicated team at Highgate—especially Kat. I’m so grateful to see them not just comfortable, but truly thriving.

My mother lives in the cottage here, and it's been a great experience. The people are friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Most importantly, my mother feels safe and well taken care of, and so do we. We toured and met with many other facilities in the area, and Highgate was by far our top choice. Kimberly is the best! She was so helpful and kind, and continues to go above and beyond. Jessica and the cottage staff are very involved with the residents and are always helpful, friendly, and genuinely care about the welfare of our mother. The nursing staff does a phenomenal job and helps us understand our mother's condition and offers great advice during a difficult time. I would highly recommend Highgate to anyone looking for Memory Care.

One of my favorite things about Highgate Senior Living Temecula is the fantastic events they put on for the seniors here, thanks to their incredibly talented and super dedicated Life Enhancement Team, Kimberly and Kat. From making floral arrangements, origami and holiday decorations, to their engaging musical happy hours, fun exercise classes and extracurricular special events – my heartfelt thanks! Each time I visit, I'm just amazed how you go all out!
