Brookdale Tequesta

My sister Phyllis has been a resident at the Tequesta facility for 4 months and I am very satisfied with the quality of care provided by the staff. Melissa has made the transition seamless and has given us the relief, piece of mind and reassurance that our loved one is well taken care of in a homey environment I only gave 4 stars because the facility is older and in need of an update. I also want to recognize and thank Suzie who is in charge of the kitchen and dietary needs. She is professional and warm to everyone and always welcoming to visitors and residents. My sister gained a much needed weight which is another proof that she is well cared for. I found all the staff to be available, accommodating and warm and this, in my opinion, is a five star rating.

Our loved one has been at Brookdale Tequesta for 3 months now. It has been such an easy transition and wonderful experience for him. All the staff have been fantastic…really!! They are attentive, professional, and personal to us and to our love one. There are so many opportunities available for socializing there as well…cards, exercise class, crafts, outings and the list goes on. I wish we had done this move sooner!! Especially when our loved one says to us, “I love it here!”. Makes my heart happy!

The staff at Brookdale Tequesta have been accommodating and caring. I feel confident leaving my mom in their care.

Brookdale Tequesta has been an absolute blessing. They have cared for my mother for over a year now and I can’t say enough about all of the kind employees they have that always have a smile on their face and always are caring from their phenomenal activities director Dena to their amazing chef Susie . Their nursing staff is top notch and they are 100% on addressing their residence needs before the resident knows they need it. I am so thankful for all of their caring employees that do not hesitate to help all the residents and love them unconditionally.

What truly sets Brookdale Tequesta apart is the staff, especially the incredible sales manager Melissa. Melissa was attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and truly compassionate. She took the time to understand my needs for my father and provided a very personalized experience of how the community could enhance the quality of life for every resident. Melissa goes above and beyond to ensure your questions are answered and truly takes the time to spend with you which makes the process seamless and more stress-free. If you are looking for a senior living community that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of its residents, I would highly suggest Brookdale Tequesta and working with Melissa and the team.
