This place is exceptional. If you have an elderly family member or friend, I would highly recommend checking it out. My 94 year old grandmother is treated with compassion, care, and respect. Brianna Lamb was extremely compassionate to our situation and provided quick and easy responses to our questions. Thank you for providing a safe housing solution to our family.
Mom had a hard transition to the Hampton but once we got in the door the staff was masterful at lovingly evoking a positive response in her. From that moment to the final moments 2 years later the staff was 100 percent loving, positive and masterful at resolving the issues that come with dementia. I actually miss the staff! My mom always needed to pay after meals. I often sat with her at breakfast and told her not to worry it was all taken care of. That helped a little. But one day I noticed a five dollar bill tucked in her purse. (Until she was on hospice she consistently carried her purse) One of the staff had to have tucked that money in to allow mom to pay. Brilliant! One evening she went to the nurses station which looked more like a concierge’s desk and told the she was not going to do early check out after all but spend the night and check out in the morning as normal. They responded that would be great as it would not require a refund and they’d see her in the morning. In the 2 years I never encountered a staff member who was less than excellent! I miss them.
My experience with the Hampton and Ashley Inn has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and compassion. The staff here genuinely care about the residents, treating each one with dignity, respect, and a deep understanding of their unique needs. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for those with memory challenges. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone at the Hampton and Ashley Inn. It’s a place where you can trust that your loved one is not just cared for, but truly cared about. The staff are so kind, they feel like family.
My loved one stays at The Ashley Inn for respite care. Bri, Angie, Melody and Mary are always very welcoming and very sweet to my loved one. They brighten my day which means a lot. Also, a big thank you to nurse Keely and all of the caregivers.
I worked in long term care years ago as a caregiver. (I did housekeeping as well) My (mom) is considering moving into the Ashley Inn and toured a couple of weeks ago. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate. The residents are happy and brag about where they live. The community is clean and home like and if you haven’t seen the courtyard. It has wonderful walking paths and gardens. My mom couldn’t believe all of the storage in the apartment. I would highly recommend you taking a tour and seeing this community for yourself.
