The on-site caregiver, under the direction of the provider has the responsibilities for the daily general care. The provider and staff are qualified, or are willing to be qualified, to perform nurse delegation tasks as allowed under state law. The Provider, Eyta Darguzhene RN, is a 1989 graduate from P. Mazylis Medical School in Kaunas, Lithuania. Eyta Darguzhene was awarded an Associate of Science degree from Clark College School of Nursing in 1996. Eyta Darguzhene is licensed in Washington and Oregon as a Registered Nurse. Eyta Darguzhene has a certificate of completion from Washington State Department of Health and Social Services in Dementia Caregiving AFH Specialty Training, AFH Orientation, First Aid Training, and CPR Training. As a Registered Nurse Eyta Darguzhene is able to delegate to Caregivers. Eyta Darguzhene has worked with geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities for over fifteen years. She supervises the staff, checks the medication records, coordinates skilled nursing care and physician contacts and provides skilled nursing as necessary. The provider is in daily contact with the house and is either on-site or available by office/home phone.
