Heaven Home Care

When I first saw Green Haven, I was struck by how home-like and intimate was compared to the other adult groups that I toured. The residents do hang out together instead of sitting alone in their rooms. The owner/manager Veronica was very interested my mom as a person, not just what care mom would need. That hasn’t changed in the seven months my mom has resided at Green Haven. Veronica is very knowledgeable, caring, and willing to brainstorm solutions unique to each residents needs.

We are very pleased with the care and love that our family member is receiving at Green Haven. We are pleased that every day she is engaged with others in activities, crafts, meals and social time. Veronica is the absolute best! We love receiving pictures of our family member enjoying herself.

Veronica and her husband are genuinely caring people, I placed my grandmother in their care for only a short time and she didn't like it there. She went from living alone for so many years to having roommates that are going through dementia and herself as well and she didn't transition very well. So we did move her but I worked with Veronica very close and she really loves what she does, her and her team have very good skills for business and care. I wish my grandmother liked it there more because she was just so one point with everything. I would trust her to take care of any of my family with end of life care!

Veronica and her care givers are wonderfully caring and committed to take excellent physical and mental care of their residents. It is a very well cared for home, with excellent equipment to use as residents become more incapacitated, as my husband did. He passed away peacefully from cancer, but received the best care that I was no longer capable of giving him in his last month. We are so grateful that we selected Green Haven to take care of my loved one, they are exceptional!

Green Haven Home Care is an absolutely wonderful private adult care home. Veronica and her staff are truly amazing. They have made my mom feel safe, cared for, and welcomed. Veronica’s attention to every detail no matter how small or large is very appreciated. I love her level of communication and that she consistently exceeds my high expectations. Mom’s room is simply lovely and the living space is very comfortable (I love the recliners and warm fuzzy blankets Veronica provides to all of her residents). Green Haven has activities for the residents and helps them participate in holiday activities. I am so grateful to Veronica and her staff for giving mom a true home away from home. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done to leave mom in the care of someone I didn’t know. If I ever need a private care home for another loved one, Veronica will be the first person I call. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Veronica and Green Haven Home Care!
