I was truly hoping this entire thing would be over but your attacks on me and our difference in facts has forced me to respond MY RESPONSE: FACT 1: You said that I “threatened us”. Please explain this to me. I feel this is a besmirch of my character. FACT 2: Also, explain the “unpleasant words and gestures”. FACT 3: You called me at 6:59 am. My daughter called me at 7:23 am and I was on the road to your facility - a 10-15 minute drive. We talked for 4 minutes and 20 seconds and hung up when I arrived at your facility. The transport for my husband from Evergreen Memorial Gardens arrived at 8:10 am and departed with him at 8:26 am. I was there the whole time. Your comment of “Our facility called you promptly within 15 minutes of his passing to alert you of the deteriorating condition yet you came several hours later” is not true. I was there in approximately 26 minutes. FACT 4: If he did die at 6:50 am then why does his death certificate issued by the State of Washington Department of Health state time of death was 2:40 am? Also, 2:40 am was the same time you told me over the phone. I wrote that in my records book. This time was reported by Kaiser Dr. Danna Ogden (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). FACT 5: I do agree that I should have reviewed the hospice part of the 18 page contract (in small print) but Murlin was not on hospice at that time. Since my husband of 62 years was dying I felt rushed to return to him at the hospital. FACT 6: “we are obligated to provide privacy and doing otherwise would be an invasion of privacy” Maybe your workers need to be trained to greet the visitors when they were not greeted at the door. Since the door was open I let myself in and saw none of your workers so went to Murlin’s room. When doing the every 15 minute rounds she should have said hello to acknowledge she knew of my presence. FACT 7: The review was from my experience. You have requested me to make a retraction but I do not feel a retraction is possible with my viewpoint of the facts. I will not resort to insults but your version of that day does not match with my facts. My husband was at Nataly’s for a short time before dying. Nataly bragged to me about how she stayed with him in the middle of the night as he was dying. Why did she never call me? After 60 plus years of marriage did I not have the right to be with him? She called me 5 hours after he died!!! He was bed ridden and one day I was with him for over three hours and no one came in to check on him. I entered through the open door and no one greeted me. Also, beware of the fine print in the contract. I had to pay for an entire month though he was only there 5 days in that month.

Fabulous care for my Mom at Nataly's Adult Family Home! Mom lived there for almost four years and was treated like a respected member of the family. I moved her there after conducting very thorough research on a variety of types of senior care facilities in Vancouver and in Portland. My research included a review of the State of Washington's facility inspections. The facility is newer, very clean, bright and welcoming, and well organized. The caregivers are genuinely caring and respectful. They are able to provide a broad range of services. My Mom felt like she was "home" there. And I felt comforted because I knew she was well taken care of. It's a wonderful place for your loved one to live when they need the care that you can't provide. Highly recommend! I have such gratitude for Nataly, Lucy, and all the family and staff at Nataly's Adult Family Home.

Nataly and Staff. As we continue to miss our father, we are blessed everyday how fortunate we were to have him stay with you at your beautiful facility. As life goes, we are only given the days our good Lord gives us and my father lived a long and productive life, but his last 75 days couldn’t have been better than spending them in the care Nataly and her staff provided. Our hearts will always remember the love and care he received. Thank you, thank you and we Love you all so much for helping our Father transition to his eternal life..♥️♥️♥️

Natalie’s adult family home is outstanding. We had a good neighbor friend there that we were caring for. Natalie’s is immaculate and they are always watching after their customers. No one is ever left alone with needs. They eat well and everything is cleaned constantly, and there are no odors. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and dependable facilitiyfor their loved one.
