Grand Living at Wellen Park

What a place!!! We just moved into BB Living Wellen Park and they have exceeded our expectations on every level! Starting with Grace Alvarez, our leasing agent. she walked us through the application process all the way through move in. Her communication was always professional and caring! A move is never easy but she certainly made it simple. The few things we needed to have fixed we managed quickly by David and Tim on the maintenance team. Highly personable and knowledgeable. The facilities are top notch and everything you would expect for a Wellen Park community. It's a pleasure to live here!

I think it has a lot to do with customer service. The home is beautiful and so are the amenities. I love that they offer community events. Grace is what made it an amazing experience. She has been wonderful and so helpful.

Along with a group of friends, we arranged a tour of Grand Living at Wellen Park. The Sales Director Ashley, answered all of our questions and gave us a really great tour. Grand Living is just beautiful and it’s immaculate. Not having actually lived there I can’t attest to that, but if you are looking for independent living, assisted living or memory care you should arrange a tour with Ashley and check this place out. One big advantage I personally thought, was that there is no “buy-in” fee like many other places have.

Me and my sister-in law been talking about this place and we visit it very often best place ever around Venice and the employees are always on top of everything and care for the residents

I have been a resident at Grand Living Wellen Park for seven months. During the hurricane, the staff made me feel comfortable taking the stress out of the situation. Melissa, the Executive Director, and the Leadership staff made me feel at home with their compassion and care for the residents. All the different departments really excelled. I had an electrical problem and put in a request. The staff responded within 5 minutes. I give Grand Living my highest recommendations.
