"This is an aesthetically pleasing home that features 6/7? rooms. Very well laid out. The staff are nice but need more training and there needs to always be two staff members available. There are two that are supposed be available while there but when one goes on a two hour break (they work 12 hour shifts) or is hired to help a resident off-site there is only one for 6 patients. I come 2-3 days a week to visit my friend. From what I experience while there she is not getting the proper care needed and they are not always compassionate while reluctantly serving her. While visiting I’ve become the 2nd caregiver needed. It’s a shame because this is a really nice home. There are just training opportunities here. In my opinion the administration needs to be more “hands on.” "

"Home needs more help. If you have a loved one who needs more attentive help look elsewhere. You can have physical therapy at this location but staff will not help you exercise. Paid $5300 for room and meals, showering and toilet assist. Location is best if you are semi independent"
