Storypoint of Waterville

Several members of our family toured Storypoint Waterville for a loved one. The initial response from Matt to set this up was was immediate and was very accommodating to our schedules. Our tour guide and contact after this was Joe who also reached out immediately after we scheduled the tour. Upon arrival we immediately were made to feel at ease. The compassion for our situation was also felt. We definitely loved the community. I say that because everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Joe, our tour guide, knew every resident he encountered. This said to us that staff really do care here. And the community itself was so inviting: a lot of natural light pouring in, light colored soothing paint colors, beautiful large courtyards. We could truly see our loved one having a better quality of life here and enjoying his community.

I called for respite. The representative said no take your husband to a nursing home in area. I was very fortunate that I was told that. It makes you realize that although they promise to meet the needs of your loved one they can’t. Most skilled nursing homes can’t . Not enough help not enough pay to give the loving care they offer. Most assisted living and nursing homes the same. I was planning to move us in there but after that chose not to

I can't say enough good things about the care my grandmother received while living at StoryPoint. The care provided was not only outstanding but they treated her with dignity, respect and kindness daily. It not only gave my family peace of mind knowing a loved one was safe but that the environment was so supportive. The caregivers go above and beyond and Brittany and Jamie took time to communicate and make sure we all felt valued and heard.

Joe Katich at Story Point Waterville was professional, friendly, fun and really made our tour enjoyable. Our elderly parents were signed up a week later without ever visiting Story Point. Waterville Story Point is a beautiful, clean, fresh smelling, welcoming community anyone would be happy to call home!

The Storypoint Group is top notch! The community is amazing with activities to keep loved ones active, engaged and busy! I am very happy about individual care plans and not one size fits all!
