"I just have the "pleasure" talking to a person that called to medical facility for refill of one of the resident's medication. Calling from private phone, that showed private name on the ID caller, not introducing herself or telling where she is calling form, just rudely asking for refill of patient medication. When asked where is she calling from, again very rude quick answer with "are you going to fill the medication or what" ! When i told her she does not have to be so rude, she stated she is not rude enough...I asked for manager at this point. Someone pick up the phone with "hallo" ... I asked who is this? the answer was "owner". I asked owner of what? There was again no introduction, no concern about rudeness of her employee, no apology. Again rude question about the medication...I certainly do NOT recommend to have any person to be placed under their care...I can only imagine the conversation with the residents there. "
