Sunrise of West Bloomfield

I work in hospice care and travel to many different communities. I am at Sunrise West Bloomfield every week or so. Each time I come the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and smells good. I love seeing the residents engaged in various activities. The staff is caring and compassionate. They take their work seriously and seem very heartfelt.

Hands down, the best ALF I go to (and I travel to a lot of them). It's cozy, inviting and warm. The activities dept is always busy and they get pretty creative. Nursing is among the most attentive and caring I've seen. The food is actually pretty good and even with all that, there is some degree of privacy with the rooms. Absolutely love that place and the staff ❤️

The nursing and care staff is wonderful! Throughout all of our trials and tribulations with our sister Patty, the nursing and care staff have been extremely attentive and supportive of our sister's changing needs. Thank you so much! In addition, the Activities Staff is always willing and eager to meet the needs of the residents. Patty does like her home and family at Sunrise West Bloomfield and so do we!

My 95 year old mother has been in assisted living for 7.5 years. This is her third facility and it is by far the best. The food is good and the building attractive and well maintained. Most importantly, staff retention is surprisingly good, so Mom has had the same people looking after her for the entire 12 months at Sunrise. In addition, the staff seem to genuinely care about the residents and treat them with respect and kindness. We couldn't be happier.

This is a warm and cozy senior living community. The residents are well cared for and happy. I would not hesitate to move my loved one to Sunrise of West Bloomfield.
