The Arbors Assisted Living Westfield

After visiting many places in the area, we chose the Arbors for our mother. From our very first meeting with Chelsey we knew it was going to be perfect for her. The adjustment was a bit difficult as she was leaving her home of 60 years. However, the staff is so kind, helpful, and caring that she now feels happy and comfortable there. The Arbors is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. From Cody and Doris in nursing to the ladies at the front desk, including the kitchen staff, all have been wonderful. And I must mention how incredible the food is. The chef goes above and beyond to provide nutritious and delicious meals. We are so happy that we chose the Arbors

The Arbors has such friendly, attentive staff that work very hard to attend to the needs of their residents. The facility is clean, the meals are wonderful, there are many fun activities for the residents and the overall atmosphere of the building is very friendly and very positive.The administration has been excellent in every way.We have had a great experience there.

I'm so glad we put my Mom in The Arbor's. She needed help walking and was starting to have memory problems. They were very attentive and always very friendly and happy. It's very clean and everything is kept in good condition. She enjoys all the meals. It's nice to have her were she can socialize. They have lots of things for everyone to get involved in. Baking, arts and crafts, music, excerise. I'm very glad we moved her there.

Heidi, along with all staff members are so wonderful. My Grandmother is very happy to be there. She has met and made lots of new friends. The activities along with the services provided are very helpful and also bring joy to my Grandmother. The staff members are very involved with our family. Always greeting us with a smile. It is very comforting knowing my Grandmother is always happy and glad that she made the decision to move to Arbors. We highly recommend Arbors because they have made our Grandmother so happy and it warms our heart.

Our family went to 4 or 5 memory care units to find the best one for our family member. We loved the Reflections program at the Arbors in Westfield the best for several reasons. It was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was inclusive. We especially liked the director of the program ( Talin Ganemian) who was cheerful, positive and reassuring. She really understands how Alzheimer’s affects a person and helps the family understand it too. Since our family member has been there they appear calmer, content and not at all upset if we leave. They no longer ask to go home. They have received excellent medical care as well. Most medical services like PT, Ot and visiting nurses are done on site. At all times they have encouraged our family member to make their own choices and they focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses. All the staff, from the receptionist to the program staff to the medical team, are positive and supportive. We have had only positive experiences at the Reflections Program at the Arbors in Westfield.
