Liberty Place at Bootstrap Ranch

Liberty Place @ Bootstrap Ranch serves adults who have experienced an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). This setting is our most independent and really has two levels of care. People who are a good fit for this setting are those who are passionate about helping others to regain life skills that will help them to return to the community. Our team members must be willing to assist with medications, drive to appointments, assist with activities and life skills training. Our staff are in and around the community with our residents to assist with things like medical appointments, shopping, looking for volunteer or work opportunities and recreation. On site, we have a beautiful setting in the natural sense as well as a gymnasium and an activities lodge.
