I've had the pleasure of spending quality time with many residents, attending multiple events as both a vendor and a guest, and hosting yoga classes. They consistently express what a life-changing move it has been and how delighted they are with all the services offered. I wholeheartedly give American House of Wildwood a 5-star rating!

I moved my 83-year-old uncle into American House in Wildwood two months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — they treat residents like family. The food is great, and it’s clear that everyone is well cared for. My uncle loves the activities and enjoys spending time in the common areas chatting with staff and other residents or watching baseball together. This place has truly been a godsend for our family. Highly recommend!

American House Wildwood is an exceptional independent living community where seniors find their best life. Their food and dining options are unmatched by any community I have visited. The staff are so warm and caring and know all the residents and their families. The residents are the true sales representatives! They welcome each visitor with enthusiasm and enjoy sharing what they love most about LIFE at American House. The socialization, food, amenities, accommodations, staff, and residents are all five stars! I often recommend this vibrant community to my clients looking for independent living and many of those clients now call American House HOME.

What a gem! This Vibrant uplifting community is like living at a gorgeous Resort. Complete with an Amazing Chef, fun and engaging activities,, housekeeping, warm, friendly, welcoming residents and staff. apartments are huge & many have screened balconies. Very importantly, American House has a tenured solid, stable management team - most have been there for a decade. This is where I want my mom & dad to live.❤️

I’ve had to change my review from 5 to 1 star. My Mom did not live there 6 months before rent was raised to 5151.00 a month. Now, about a year later, her rent has jumped to 5514.00. The last time I visited we had to request the pool and hot tub be cleaned. Someone is getting very rich!
