The staff are warm, attentive, and really make an effort to create a welcoming environment. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the location in Yuba City is convenient for family visits. We especially appreciate the variety of activities offered – there's always something going on, from bingo to musical events, which keeps residents engaged and social. Victoria does a great job of making sure everyone is having fun, and laughter is being had! She throws several big events every year, Christmas being the main one, where even Santa comes dressed up! If you're looking for a safe and friendly place for a loved one who still enjoys independence but needs a bit of support, I’d definitely recommend checking out Sutter Estates.

Sutter estates is a beautiful place. The staff are all very friendly. I went there and did a tour for a friend of mine and it was more than I expected! They have a hair salon, a craft room, a library, 2 Laundry rooms, a menu that is even available online for family and friends to see . They also give the option to substitute a food if your loved one does not like what they are serving that meal. The apartments have there own balcony which can be used for personal gardens or whatever you like. It's very affordable. I would like to live there! If your considering a place for your loved one then this would be a place to consider.

What a wonderful place to call home and spend your golden years! The staff go above and beyond to satisfy and make sure all residents needs are met. The food is an absolute delight! The cooks take pride in ensuring that the residents receive a nutritious home cooked meal! The housekeeping is very friendly and do a thorough cleaning. Can you say BINGO?!? Sutter Eststes always has something to keep you busy and having worry free fun!

My Dad has lived here for 3 years now and is very comfortable and happy. He has met some very nice people, loves to play cards and other games. The staff has been wonderful to him. We couldn’t have picked a better place! Thank you to the staff for all of your kindness and support. Our family can be rest assured that he is well taken care of. ❤️
