ESRD facilities must meet federal Conditions for Coverage established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, including requirements for patient assessment, care planning, infection control, and quality improvement. I've been on dialysis for a surprisingly long time. I've been to probably 20 clinics in three states and in 7 different cities. I've tried DCI, DaVita and fresenius kidney Care. Mallory Park is the most disagreeable clinic that I've ever been to. The clinics overall inflexibility makes it difficult for them deal with unforeseen emergencies as they occur. Furthermore, patient comfort and convenience is a c teer priority at best. There was even a time when they sent me to the emergency room rather than dialysis me because my blood pressure was high. Trust me when I tell you that the emergency room was just as confused as I was. I can give another two or three paragraphs of complaints about this but the bottom line is..Avoid this clinic at all costs.
The staff there are so kind and loving that they actually go above and beyond to ensure quality need more people in the world like them
