"Patty, a coordinator at this center is very unprofessional. She provides miss information. I heard her say to a patient "that's what you get when traveling during a pandemic" in a sarcastic tone when the patient was inquiring about their dialysis. Attitude is vitally important in the healthcare field. ... This includes your attitude, and demeanor. You are a care giver, and the positive attitude you portray is infectious when it comes to patients. They will feel they are getting compassionate care from an individual who has their best interest in mind. You will not get this from Patty."
