This year has been a total disaster physically. After finally coming home from months in the El Paso and Lubbock hospital, I needed in-home nursing, PT, and OT. J&J made the process so smooth and easy to settle in to. Justin was an amazing physical therapist and had me able to walk again so much quicker than I would have thought possible. Trey was an excellent occupational therapist who helped me achieve my goals quickly. They were both super friendly and supportive, never seeming put-off by the madness in our home with lots of young kiddos running around. My biggest shout-out goes to Genevieve(Gen) for her incredible home nursing. She made me feel comfortable, despite the awkwardness I expected expected given the nature of some of my treatments. She was so loved that my toddler actually keeps asking about her coming back, even though I've completed treatment. I got to meet nurse Lauren a few times and she was fabulous as well. I could not recommend them highly enough for anyone in need of services. They turned one of the worst experiences of my life and helped make it manageable, allowing for me to be hopeful things would get better. You will not regret using their services.
One of the best home health agencies I’ve worked for, everyone feels and treats you like family.
This agency does not care about the clients wishes. They make you jump through hoops to care for your own family members and then they say they aren't gonna help you. I am not impressed with their services at all.
