I had 3 nurses over 2 months for wound care. All were very delightful and caring. Top notch crew. I had 2 for Physical therapy. They helped physically but where they helped the most was mentally. Enjoyed them all immensely

Everyone was extremely nice & through. Lisa & Sheri were particularly awesome! They were both genuinely concerned about Mom & helped ease my mind by sharing ideas, resources & support with me. Mom improved a lot in Center Well care. We really need Sheri to come more often & still need her. Mom was making progress with her memory. I fear now it will reverse even more. Sheri was great talking to her, encouraging her, explaining things & being empathetic when Mom struggled. Mom was never sure before her visit but after, she always said she really enjoyed Sheri’s visits. She like the way Sheri worked with her & she really liked her as a person. Mom also really liked Lisa and commented more than once how nice she was, that she was super smart & how Lisa really wanted her to get better. She looked forward to Lisa’s visits. All the staff was great these two were exceptional!!!! Thank you to all the dedicated therapist who helped Mom get back on her feet. We genuinely appreciate you & your work! The only slightly negative thing I can say is the social worker who came out was awesome but she never followed up on the things she was going to send. I emailed & I think Lisa messaged her as well. I was bummed I didn’t write down the resources she spoke about. She had good ideas but lacked follow up. Over all great experience! We would definitely recommend to friends or family. We would also call them, if the need arises, again in the future.

Nurse Amy, PT Cheryl and OT Son have worked with me on my recovery. I could not have had a nicer, kinder, well trained in their field, caring Team. Each helped me navigate the road I needed to get back in shape and explained why I had a symptom and how to alleviate and why I had the pain in that area. Amy and Cheryll also helped me navigate the terrible loss of my sister and were there to answer questions, give advice and explain the physical pain and mental stress that I was having. I was so pleased with the Team you sent me and will recommend CenterWell Home Health as often as I can!

I recently moved my 72 year old Veteran father across the country to merge our two households and become his full time support person. The team at CsnterWell have far surpassed my hopes in terms of their service and consistent attention to my father's needs. We have used the nursing, PT, and OT services that was approved by the VA. His nurse, Amy, has sat with me on more than one occasion to go over medicines, diagnosis, current treatments and possibly scenarios. Our PT and OT staff have helped my dad set obtainable goals and not quit on himself. Depression is real and aging is tough. Dad needs to get up and keep moving and these guys don't take no for an answer when motivation and encouragement can bring great improvements. I am so thankful that Sun, Alain, Amanda, and Justin are a part of the team that makes both our lives more manageable and seem less out of control. Between Drs visits and hospital stays, these guys have helped Dad and I get through some difficult situations. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Everyone that came to our house was always so sweet and interacted real well with us. My husband never minded having them here. Always concerned about his safety and wellbeing. Would use them again if we need too..
