My parents had several nurses coming to their home. They were all very helpful and caring.

I was not pleased by the services received from CenterWell. The first day of PT for my mother was wonderful, as was the physical therapist, after that, it went downhill. The next day the OT person came and was late and tried explaining the issue, not very apologetically, as opposed to listening to my concern about being late. The following week, my mother never received her Monday PT services because apparently her load was passed on to someone else without our knowledge. We didn't hear from the new PT until Wednesday late evening and he wanted to schedule a last minute session for the next day, which didn't work for us. Also, the OT person was supposed to call Thursday to let us know what time they'd be coming Friday, and we never heard from them. So, my mother never received therapy for the week. Also, we were told that scheduling can be any where between 30 minutes to an hour off, so if an appointment is at 10:00, then they can show up anytime between 10 and 11:00 and that the company doesn't like the therapists to call the client to let us know they're running late. I can't say that I would recommend this company just based off of our initial experience.

The office staff isn't very professional You leave a message for them to call you back no phone call back. They don't care about the client or the cliemt family. Therapist Sierra, Lona and Morgan are great and caring. Some of the nurses are good .

Ibrahim my physical therapist is wonderful. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa that comes, she asks me about my health, have I been eating good , if I have been hurting anywhere. I couldn’t ask for anyone better.

Questions were delayed with answers. I asked for education for my mom diabetes, also equipment. Also the staff doesn't plan ahead. It was always a call late in the evening for next day scheduling. Other than that we did appreciate the service received. Thank you!
