Ami - Wellness

I was referred to Ami wellness by one of their former nurses. She told me to contact certain people but I couldn't remember their names. My doctor's office submitted the paperwork and was told that they couldn't accept me as a patient. I know that this agency does except medicare and medicaid patients, it states on their website they come highly recommended by Craig hospital, I was also a patient there but yet could not get care from this agency!

Clarence is very professional with me. He has been coming to my home now for a couple of years. He is very professional and a very private person. He doesn’t talk much, but he does his job extremely well. I know exactly when he’s coming every week and if he is going to be early or late he communicates it with me every week and always has. Koodos to you Clarence. Thanks for all your hard work.

Clarence is very unprofessional and does NOT communicate. He sends CNAs and Homemakers to my house after I clearly stated I need a schedule. I have stated a plethora of times that people cannot just be showing up to my house without my knowledge. One CNA by the name of Trisha actually had a complete meltdown with another CNA in front of my children. She also lied about her behavior to cover her own butt. Worst home care company hands down. I have never felt so violated in my own home not once or twice, but a myriad of times. I’ve complained hoping things would change and nothing has changed. DO NOT go down this road like I did. Complete waste of time.

I have been with AMI for about 3 years I have never been treated with such respect and nursing care like the company has given me.From the person who answered the phone to the upper management especially the Professional Nursing care staff I am in great hands and I recommend AMI Wellness as the best option in home health care..
