Nurses are caring and always respond. Speech therapist and OT also great. Their PT program needs to be revised as the woman Assessor is a waste of time & money. She did absolutely nothing when she came and never notified me until the night before when she was coming. Time would have been useful for the actual PT to come rather than her. She discontinued PT over the phone without even a visit and he still needs more.

My name is Kathy Jernigan. Anthony is my husband and this is his google acct. This home health has some wonderful nurses I put great faith as they take care of my 92 year old mother. I loved the nurses that have been with my mother since Jan. The problem comes when an area needs new nurses they swap employees around. Why not just hire for an area? I don't want new people coming in to take care of my mother. Those that helped since Jan. know how my mother is changing. I feel they are invested in top care for my mother. It's a scarey time. I at least need 1 nurse to stay with us till we no longer can do no more. Thank you.

We’ve had the pleasure of using Centerwell 3 times this year for my mom who is 92 years old. Every single one of their professionals that have visited her, whether occupational therapy, physical therapy, or nursing have been spectacular. I say professionals because every single one of their employees are the utmost professional in their skills, personality and kindness. Their scheduling is flexible and considerate. I highly recommend Centerwell in Dothan, Al.

Each nurse was pleasant and professional. They always contacted me for my appointment and notified me if there were any change. I would highly recommend this home care group.

All the Nurses, Physical therapist, and aid are all very respectful, very sweet and do an outstanding job. We will use them again and will highly recommend this company. We have used them in the past and have always had a blessed and positive experience with them, God Bless you all.
