Hire more staff! My mother had to go there for rehabilitation after a fall. She developed a UTI because she was served caffeinated, sugary tea at two meals each day. She has had to lie in wet clothes and/or sheets for as much as an hour because there was no one to respond to her. A friend who had visited had to wander around for over 50 minutes to find someone to let her out the door. That same friend asked a question of a staff member who did not answer, but just walked away. And the meals! So far, my mother has had chicken in some form for at least 90% of her meals: for breakfast she once was served fried chicken and tater tots. That's a bit of a fried-food overload, wouldn't you say? I will say she does get vegetables, but they (like everything else) are never served hot. When she developed the UTI, it was over five days before she received treatment. The therapists are very caring and thoughtful and patient and concerned. Still: hire more staff!

I couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible team. The therapists and nurses are truly some of the most caring and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered. They treated my sister with such kindness and respect, always going above and beyond to make her feel supported and cared for. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated, professional, and genuinely thoughtful in everything they do. Their care made all the difference for our family, and I’ll always be thankful for the warmth they brought to every interaction. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I recommend this place 100%, enough to trust them with the most precious person in the world’s life… my Mom. I can’t brag on them enough.

My Mom fractured her femur and had to go here. The nurses ignore you when you need help! I have to call several times a day and tell them my Mom needs attention! Diaper change, throwing up, go to bathroom and so on! They don't even go check on her when I call up there! About to go get her out of this place, I will do my best to take care of her!So sad that senior citizens have to be treated like this!

Megan is helpful and knowledgeable when communicating with her for patient care and needs.
