My husband has been with Exclusive for over 5 years. Naomi, in the office stays on top of everything calling me when his consult for homemaker services is ready to expire. She is very professional and efficient. Our home health aid is also great! She has been with us for about 2 years now and my husband loves her.

If you are looking for a quality and caring place to help your love one please look at another health service before considering this place. The office is operated by a rude owner.The staff is always unsure of clients needs and will give your love one someone that has no experience in caring or assisting in your love one condition. This place has many bad reviews, do your research before you put your love ones in danger here or should I say sentence them to uncertainty and abuse.

Exclusive Health Services in Garland, TX was excellent in-home care while my husband rehabbed. Naomi was very clear and thorough with her follow ups, sharing what, why, and how. She is knowledgable professional and listened to our questions and concerns and provided guidance. She ensured we had his numerous medications' instructions clear and correct. Naomi was very reachable and always called before coming to our home. Naomi was kind and caring to both my husband in recovery and me as the primary caregiver. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone needing in-home care.

Exclusive Health Services sends out fantastic nurses (Namoi and Ms. Adam’s?) to your premises at time(s) which are convenient to you. Their skill matches any medical center where you would have to wait impatiently for their top tier quality services. Would highly recommend them for any of your health care needs!

I would give them zero stars. The lady who owns this company and someone named Naomi there should not be in business let alone healthcare. Poor customer service , nurses do not follow Doctors orders they IGNORED them. Good luck getting a nurse to show up if at all and keeping them off their personal cell phone. Finally after 10 voicemails over 5 days. Naomi called back just to yell and cuss us out because we were trying to figure out patients care since the nurse no showed and they did not let the Ordering physician know anything so it just looked like they were coming out as scheduled. Horrible company. Do not recommend
