Centerwell Home Health

My husband, Frank has been in a rehab for a long time and afterwards the rehab recommended CenterWell Home Health. The physical therapist working with my husband is exceptionally good and helpful in many ways. Under his care Frank improved drastically and we cannot praise this organization enough for helping and having fantastic results. I would recommend this company to all that are in need.

I don't usually leave reviews, especially for businesses, that are less than stellar. It's unfortunate that I feel that it is necessary. I had to use Centerwell Home Health for a wound vac. I called and requested nurse Sheree Pray to be the nurse to come out. The reason I did this was because I have used home health care in the past, Sheree is probably the nurse who has been with this company the longest and she is very knowledgeable about every facet of any medically needed procedure. I spoke with Sheree prior to making my request to the company...and was told uh...we can't promise that. My question was why? If she said she would come out to Keystone Heights just for me and had no problem handling my request. So they sent a new person out and there was an issue with the wound vac. Who did they call to come out? Sheree. Now I understand a person new to the company will be coming out tomorrow. This shoots off all my bells and whistles. I don't want a new person doing a wound vac on me Im very apprehensive about this entire situation. I would think that home care company like Centerwell would jump at the chance to have their oldest and most revered nurses be requested. I don't like the way these people do business and because of this, I will do whatever is necessary to avoid having to use them in the future.

My issue with this company is that we my husband don’t receive the supplies he needs on time. They have lied to him about shipments. They act like the money is coming out of their pockets. Example my husband use about six to seven self-Catheter a day. We received 30 catheters and we were told before you run out just give us a call. We had to go out to buy supplies just to make sure he have what he needs. The people the come to change out his bandages act like they don’t want to us their supplies. We have been using this company for about two months No and it has not been easy.

The in home care and communication has been wonderful! Nurse Alexis and PT Matt couldn't be better. We've had challenges getting care started... so many delays and excuses. Once the care started, we've been very pleased.

Very compassionate staff. This company was responsive and took great care of my dad with physical therapy and nursing needs during his recovery from a long term hospital stay. I highly recommend this company.
