Adf Homecare Services llc located at 99 regency pkway 109 Mansfield Tx 76063. Thank you for wasting my valuable time. If you were unable to meet the requirements then do not accept the initial referral. Time is of the greatest importance. Passing the buck is unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I was able to find a therapist and I am the patient. The patient can not and should not be an employee.
