Centerwell Home Health

Excellent home health group. Wonderful therapist group that knows exactly what they are doing. Husband is a 97 year old WWII veteran who is recuperating from a fall. We chose this group and was totally amazed at all they did to help Don regain most of his mobility. Every one we dealt with was very professional , friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend CenterWell Home Health Group.

I am very satisfied with the care and concern shown by the nurses and physical therapists who took care of me after my surgery. Aside from being extremely professional, they exhibited real empathy for my situation. CenterWell is fortunate to have such wonderful employees. I'm very grateful for the care I received from all who came to my home.

I cannot speak highly enough about Centerwell Home Care. I have used this company twice and found staff to be prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind. Being a nurse myself for almost 30 years gave me a good baseline by which to evaluate this group. Renee was the nurse admitting me….she explained things in an expert manner and took her time to get to know me a little bit. I truly enjoyed talking with her about the changes in healthcare over the years. She listened to me when I said I had reactions to adhesives and did her best to prevent blisters under my PICC line dressing. Michaela was my primary nurse. Both she and Renee worked around my many doctor appointments to schedule their visits and that was very much appreciated. All staff showed a great deal of empathy towards my situation. (Caregiver becoming the patient) which, while not unique, was quite hard on me. No one complained about where they work either. One would think no one would disparage their own organization when talking to a patient but I have had it happen a number of times with other companies. During my last hospitalization, Centerwell told the case manager they could not admit me to service until Monday ; however, I was determined to discharge Friday. When I had an issue over the weekend, I called center well and they did their best to problem solve with me even though I was not yet their patient. I cannot recommend them any more highly!
