Nurses Unlimited Inc
Nurses Unlimited Inc is a Medicare-certified home health agency serving Odessa, Texas and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified home health agency provides skilled nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, medical social services, and home health aide services to patients in their homes.
Medicare covers home health services for patients who are homebound and require skilled nursing care or therapy services on an intermittent basis. A physician must certify that the patient needs home health care and establish a plan of care.
Home health agencies are certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and must meet federal Conditions of Participation. These requirements ensure that agencies provide quality care, maintain proper documentation, and protect patient rights.
Medicare beneficiaries pay no cost for covered home health services when provided by a Medicare-certified agency. For more information about home health benefits, visit Medicare.gov. Compare home health agency ratings at Medicare Care Compare.
Quality ratings and agency data are updated periodically by CMS. We recommend verifying current information at Medicare Care Compare.

Nurses unlimited has very bad customer care and overall bad services. Try calling to switch sitter because current sitter was out most of the time and did a very poor job. Spoke to so called supervisors Cynthia and Myra Hernandez who never returned calls and just gave the runaround. Just covering each other's mess and not helping the clients. :(. No place to submit complaints either.
This company only cares about making money. We had two different people come out and "help" my grandmother. The first one didn't know how to use a dryer properly and left the lent trap full so we got rid of her. The second one was just as bad. We would tell her to do things and if she didn't feel like doing them they wouldn't get done. She would sit on our couch and play on her phone for the majority of the three hours that she was there. We cancelled their service and the lady still came out for another week before we had to call again to get them to stop coming out. The people are lazy and just a waste of time and money.
This place is a tee totally joke. Providers do not come out as scheduled. Try calling Myra Hernandez or Cynthia and calls go unanswered or ignored. If you finally get them to talk they will advise that they don't have the time to spend calling clients as to whether or not your scheduled provider is coming. However if client fails to call in they give the third degree as to why you didn't call in and advise services not needed for that day. My son has been a client for 4 mos 2.5 hrs 3 x a week and he has had services a total of 10 times. It is my understanding field supervisors are to come out if provider fails to show. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED WHETHER OR NOT YOUR SELF PAY OR COVERED BY INSURANCE LOOK TO ANOTHER COMPANY
beem trying for about three months to get nebulizer from them everytime I call its a different story, each time they either blame the doctor or medicare. Ive been to doctor 4 times for this and she has submitted everything the ask for , and as far as medicare is concerned if the last machine I got from them worked properly Id still be able to use it but that machine stopped working with in months of getting it. I also get my oxygen from them and have been waiting for them to deliver a larger carry tank when i first ask for one they had them and it was supposed to be delivered within a day well its been a month and still NO NEW TANK. This sad people need to be able to breath and the just dont care is there another company in midland or odessa that care about the people they serve that takes medicare please let me know thanks
