Took 2 weeks after hospital release to visit. Left us high and dry after promising us help navigating. Promised help with prescriptions and prescription costs - no help. Promised help with durable medical equipment - no help. Made an appointment window to visit the patient - NO SHOW and NO CALL. Wasted 3 hours waiting for nurse to show. Contacted the nurse and she says removed from schedule. No apology and no explanation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Staff in the office were utterly useless. Not only did the scheduler for our area. Not call to set up home care after a surgery, she did not return my call when I left a message, 5 days after the surgery. I had to call again & spoke with the schedulers supervisor. Very poor patient care. Now, on the other hand. The home health personnel were very good.
Excellent care by ALL that has seen my husband. Very caring, honest, patient & helpful. Always, a pleasure having them come to our home. Wouldn't want any other home health care looking after him. Thank you to ALL of our team for making our lives better.

We have seen multiple physical therapists and nurses. All have been efficient. They listen and address concerns and are very supportive and patient. Great group of people that are making this rehab time much easier!
