Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland
Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland is a Medicare-certified home health agency serving Pepper Pike, Ohio and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified home health agency provides skilled nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, medical social services, and home health aide services to patients in their homes.
Medicare covers home health services for patients who are homebound and require skilled nursing care or therapy services on an intermittent basis. A physician must certify that the patient needs home health care and establish a plan of care.

Medicare beneficiaries pay no cost for covered home health services when provided by a Medicare-certified agency. For more information about home health benefits, visit Medicare.gov. Compare home health agency ratings at Medicare Care Compare.
Quality ratings and agency data are updated periodically by CMS. We recommend verifying current information at Medicare Care Compare.

It’s had it ups and downs but for me I been using services for over a decade. They are friendly caring compassionate team who had many expansions. Many good people have come and gone. They have excellent employment services, great counselors, A great psychiatrists Dr. D they have many beautiful friendly people like Sharona and Yelena who are great with Clients. They also have case management.
I had an appointment through JFSA and called to find out how to connect with the counselor for our first meeting. I also have gone there for a background check. I am extremely disappointed in the receptionist and the staff that took my fingerprints during my background check. When I went to get my background check, the woman grabbed my hand and held it down on the fingerprint scanner. During Covid I do not want my hands to be touched by another person. I hope that they take the 6 ft of distance seriously and refrain from touching others who enter their building. The receptionist on the phone at JFSA has been extremely curt and rude towards me on numerous occassions and yesterday she was demeaning. She told me I was not entering the website correctly and that she could not send me a link via text to the site. When she realized that the website was down, she contacted my counselor but warned me that she may not keep my appointment since I had been on the phone with her for 14 minutes. I have been waiting for my appointment for a month and a half. Plus that isn't her decision. I'm surprised JFSA tolerates a employee who is the first interaction someone may have with their nonprofit to conduct themselves in this manner.
I just don’t agree with the Jewish Religion it just has better possible services to offer compared to the non profit agency that I am with now is Ohio Guidestones
Chuck Price is the best thing that ever happened to JFSA. Very concerned for Survivors. They lost a lot when they let him go.
A wonderful organization. Whatever your needs might be they have caring and dedicated people there to help.
