My Physical Therapist Jennifer was there from the beginnings. What a God send for us. She along with OT Brenda helped setup my home so I was safe. She got me mobile. Been there encouraging me through the recovery. Home Health has been available to answer any and all questions. This is a tremendous service that got me up and about quickly and safely. I have only good things to say. 100% satisfied.

My sister recently suffered a stroke and needed help safely getting home from the hospital, settled with fresh groceries, and medicine from the pharmacy. Initially she was really nervous in light of Covid 19 and Ingrid really helped calm her fears by explaining the steps Kindred At Home has taken to protect her. Living far from my sister, it gave me peace of mind knowing she was getting the care and support she needed. Her care givers were great - they were kind and thoughtful, made her yummy meals and supported her so she could get in and out of bed, the shower, and get comfortable in the living room. They even took her for walks outside and helped her with PT exercises so she could build strength. Any time we needed to adjust the schedule, the office staff, Cindy was helpful and flexible. We really appreciated Kindred At Home Pleasant Hill being there for us at our time of need. I highly recommend using Kindred At Home.

We have used KINDRED at Home care for the past month  & are very pleased with the service. Ingrid was fantastic in getting us set up with care givers the very afternoon my sister came home from hospital.  The care givers--Deb, Brenda, Armithia, Zeny, Dolores, & Sonny--have given  excellent care to my sister; they have been very supportive to both of us.  The office support has kept in touch as changes in care givers occurred or we needed to alter the schedule.  We highly recommend Kindred at Home.

Overall my mom has been very happy with her caregivers. She is especially fond of Desiree. Some of the ladies are a bit too opinionated and try to impose their ideas on my mom. I know they have her best interests at heart and truly want the best for her. Just a reminder they need to listen to her and do what she asks. Thank you to everyone who cares for my mom. It’s truly appreciated.

We needed to get some 24 hour care for my Father-in-law at the last minute and Kindred really came though. We used their service for about a week and a half, and compared to some of the other home healthcare providers we have used in the past, Kindred was really good. My Father-in-law enjoyed most of the caregivers, which was not an easy thing to do! There were a few occasions when the scheduled caregiver could not make their shift, but Kindred at Home always called to let us know. I would definitely recommend Kindred at Home in Pleasant Hill.
