First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team that cared for my mom over the past two years. You consistently went above and beyond, not only for my mom but for our entire family. We were truly blessed to have you in our lives, guiding us through her recovery with such care and dedication. When she passed a month ago, your support and compassion meant more than words can express. This is a wonderful team, and I highly recommend them to any family in need of loving, professional care. They used to be great when they had a particular nurse with my mom. After my mom passed away and Gloria came to do the first thing with my dad and she wasn’t listening kept asking repeating questions and was trying to tell me how to take care of my dad when my mom had just passed away a week before. Then she came to do the reevaluation and she had my dad confused with a different patient and said she was discharging him because his insurance wouldn’t keep covering it but my mom had home health for 2 years straight and his health was declining.. I told her doctor would make the decision and sure enough the doctor said his health declining he needs home health and left them for a different company. She again was trying to tell me how to take care of my dad which she didn’t even know anything about his history and I’m sorry but I did it with my mom for 2 years and been doing it with my dad for 7 months I know what we are doing with him and if we don’t I ask the doctor right away.

I can't recommend Avatar enough. Wonderful family business, you get the phone number of both owners upon starting their services and their nurses went above and beyond for my family.

This home health agency is amazing! The staff is so kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

We feel blessed to be working with Avatar Home Health. The team members that have helped support the healthcare needs of my elderly father are wonderful and have literally become part of our family.
